Subjects: Dad Chats 6 month celebration!
That’s right folks – Dad Chats is 6 months old today! From the first chat Nigel hosted we knew we were onto something special here. Giving dads a community to reach out to for support, to turn to when we need a laugh, and to cry with when things get hard. We weren’t sure exactly how it would go at first, would the chats take off? Would anyone want to talk? It was a risk that was worth taking – look at where we are now, our first Dadvenger milestone!
There have been 6 months of fantastic weekly chats delving into a variety of topics – and we decided to have a celebration for it! We have met some amazing new friends, and built a community we couldn’t be prouder of. We have talked about some great topics, such as:
- Educating Our Kids About Diversity
- Men’s Mental Health
- Preparing for the Birth of Your Child
- Kids Their Friends and Siblings
