Gary is a highly respected and sought-after therapist, working with clients through a variety of therapeutic disciplines. He works with people to help them heal from various traumas and mental health issues. Gary has experienced trauma and mental health struggles throughout his life, and he draws on these experiences to help others. Gary has worked with children and young adults with extreme behavioural issues, he has advised on safeguarding in schools through his Safeguarding Me Programmes. He is also qualified in Close Personal Protection and as a Self-Defence Instructor – he uses all of these skills to help others “bodyguard themselves” physically, mentally and emotionally. Gary is also a father of four children, two of whom tragically died as young babies and he talks about his experiences of loss and grief in his book “Daddy and the Two Bears”.
