Dadvengers Dad of the Year 2022 Terms and Conditions

Please read these Dadvengers Dad of the Year 2022 terms and conditions carefully, as if you enter you are bound by these rules.

1. Dadvengers Dad of the Year 2022 is open to residents within the United Kingdom only and excludes members of Nigel Clarke’s family, and any Dadvengers staff members.
2. Entrants must be at least 18 (Eighteen) years old to enter and participate. Any entries submitted by persons under the age of 18 will be disqualified.
3. The competition submissions start at 18:00 on 3rd July 2022 and close at 23:59 on 9th October 2022 (the “Closing Date”). No entries can be made before the Start Date or after the Closing Date. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be counted.
4. To enter, participants should complete the following tasks.
   1. Complete the nomination form – you do not have to complete all four pillars, but a minimum of 1 pillar response along with all the required fields is required for entry to be valid. All details and instructions can be found on the ‘Dad of the Year 2022’ blog post.
5. The following practices; sharing Dadvengers content on different social media platforms may increase your chances of winning.
6. The winner will be selected by Dadvengers board of director after assessing entries and seeing how well they demonstrate the Dadvengers Dad of the year pillars. The winner will be notified using the email address entered on the nomination form.
7. If we do not hear back from a winner 48hrs after we have notified them, we reserve the right to disqualify this winner and choose another one.
8. If you are chosen as a winner, you agree to your name being published on this website and on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. You also agree that these details can be disclosed to people wishing to be supplied with winner details. Your email address, phone number and postal address will only be used in conjunction with delivering your prize. It will not be submitted to any 3rd party mailing lists.
9. Dadvengers Dad of the Year prizes are:

   • Runners Up 1- Prize 1x Fizzics DraftPour Home Beer Tap – £119.00
   • Runners Up 2 – Prize 1x Fizzics DraftPour Home Beer Tap – £119.00
   • Winners Prize 1x RED5 Hoverboard Pro – £199.99, and 1x RED5 Hawk Folding Drone With GPS – £159.99
10. Prizes will be sent to Winner after receiving a postal address . No cash alternative is available.
11. Individuals can only nominate 1 person. However different individuals can nominate the same person. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programming, or any other automated means outside of the Website are prohibited and will be disqualified. No purchase necessary. Only valid and correctly completed entries will be accepted.
12. Individuals cannot use secondary email addresses to increase the number of times a person is nominated.
13. If a dispute arises regarding who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the authorised account holder of the account and name provided at time of entry. Authorised account holder is defined as: the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, Facebook or Twitter, online service provider, or other organisation responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
14. We reserve the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this competition in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties.
15. We reserve the right to disqualify any entries and withhold any prize which may have been won if we believe that an entrant has not complied with the Website Terms. And reserve the right to take appropriate legal action if necessary. The competition judge’s decision is final and no discourse will be entered into.
16. If you are chosen as a winner, you agree to your name being published on our website. You also agree that these details can be disclosed to people wishing to be supplied with winner details. Your email address and postal address will not be provided.
17. Items damaged during delivery will not be replaced or refunded. Items damaged once delivered will not be replaced or refunded. Items cannot be sold by the winner or returned to retailers or any organisation associated with selling them or manufacturing them.
18. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any damage, loss or injury or death arising from the award of a prize. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in our terms and conditions of participation in the competition shall limit our liability for any liability the limitation of which is not permitted by law.
19. By participating in the giveaway, entrants are deemed to have read and understood and, agree to be bound by, these Dadvengers Dad of the Year 2022 terms and conditions and the terms and conditions and privacy policies published on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
